If there was a product in our sport that had the biggest legacy, the Jaime would be it, responsible for a revolution in board design and manufacture. It continues to set a standard as the perfect freestyle and freeride board.
There aren’t many products in this sport that can lay claim to a revolution and a lineage going back over 15 years. The Jaime is one such product; the original model pioneered the wood core snowboard style construction that was quickly adopted and is the only technique used to build twin tips today. Over the years, the Jaime has been the flagship freestyle/freeride board for Duotone, aimed at the rider who wants performance that is easy to access combined with a comfortable ride that is second to none. The medium flex and tuned rocker line combine to offer a smooth ride in choppy waters, while the unique Double Diffusor Bottom helps the board pop and smooth out the landings. The Absorption Flex Tips provide plenty of grip and soften hard landings for those more technical tricks. Thanks to the Carbon Web, the ride on the Jaime is dynamic and engaging, it’s a fun board no matter the water conditions, and the more you engage the rail, the more feedback and performance you get back. - It is not the special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
- It is not the grocery items (Canned Food, Condiments, Drinks, Fruits, Health Supplements, Meat, Seafood, Syrups, Vegetables, artificial Sweetener, Milk and other Edible Products).
- Product can be only returned if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. We don’t accept returns in case the buyer changed their mind about a purchase.
- If you receive a defective product or wrong item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
- The buyer needs to provide pictures (of the product, not the packaging) in case of a damaged product and videos in case of a non-functioning product (for products that are machines and equipment).
- Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once your order cancel request is accepted or we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account.
- Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Please allow 5-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $90, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
