    FURUNO’s NavPilot is a revolutionary autopilot with a sunlight viewable display designed for a variety of vessels. It utilizes a self-learning and adaptive software algorithm, and plays the ultimate role in course-keeping capability. NavPilot dynamically adjusts essential parameters during navigation, such as vessel speed, trim, draught, tide and wind effects, dead band, weather and more. These parameters are stored in system memory and continuously optimized to make the NavPilot more versatile.

    Furuno Fantum Feedback
    Furuno’s all-new “Fantum Feedback” NavPilot software clears the path to a simplified installation, while also delivering enhanced steering control. With Fantum Feedback, NavPilot outboard installations no longer require use of a physical rudder feedback unit. This streamlined installation, combined with Furuno’s unique adaptive learning Autopilot technology, provides unmatched outboard Autopilot performance.

    Fantum Feedback is a menu-selectable feature available in the latest NavPilot 700 series software. This software was developed and extensively tested on a wide variety of outboard vessels with hydraulic steering and reversing pump control. Fantum Feedback achieves precise course control, from slow trolling speeds to over 60 knots, utilizing a newly developed, time-based rudder gain process, rather than traditional rudder angle based control.

    SAFE HELM and POWER ASSIST features provide Efficient and Effective Helm Steering Control
    The optional SAFE HELM and POWER ASSIST features provide a unique interface to the vessel’s hydraulic hand steering system, providing unrivaled comfort and control of steering directly from any manual helm on the vessel. These two modes greatly reduce steering effort and enhance the safety of your autopilot.

    The POWER ASSIST mode incorporates the SAFE HELM concept and provides speed-based, power assisted steering, which greatly reduces manual helm effort in maneuvering situations. POWER ASSIST is a unique helm-activated assisted steering feature that can augment or replace separate electric and power-robbing, engine-driven power steering systems on many vessels. POWER ASSIST reduces steering system complexity and costs while increasing economy.

    SAFE HELM and POWER ASSIST modes will require the optional FPS8 Power Steering Module and an appropriate HRP Pumpset.

    If you are interested in utilizing the “SAFE HELM” and “POWER ASSIST” features, it is highly recommend that, when installing the NavPilot 700 Series Autopilot, the optional FPS8 Power Steering Module is purchased and installed at the same time. This will eliminate the need to re-plumb the hydraulic system and run additional connection cables in the future.

    Furuno’s new NavPilot series is designed to match the NavNet TZtouch, NavNet 3D, FI-50 Instrument series and other navigation equipment. The “Plug and Play” CAN bus interface allows for easy installation and exceptional interface ability.

1. Return Policy
If an item you received from Sesmidiawati.com is damaged, defective or it is the wrong item, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement, please follow this procedure:
 
Step 1:
Contact customer service via email at sales@sesmidiawati.com or leave a voice message through the phone number: +62(822) 1886-9318 to provide information that consists of (1) reason for returning and (2) your order number.
 
Step 2:
You will receiving a returns form (inc. a returns code) via your email to complete, then print your return label and package the item(s) along with all original packaging & accessories and deliver to this location: Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai No.664, Pedungan, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80222, Indonesia
 
Product can only be returned/ replaced if meet these criteria:
  • The product is new, original, with attached price tag, product label and sticker (if any).
  • It is not the special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
  • It is not the grocery items (Canned Food, Condiments, Drinks, Fruits, Health Supplements, Meat, Seafood, Syrups, Vegetables, artificial Sweetener, Milk and other Edible Products).
  • Product can be only returned if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. We don’t accept returns in case the buyer changed their mind about a purchase.
  • If you receive a defective product or wrong item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
  • The buyer needs to provide pictures (of the product, not the packaging) in case of a damaged product and videos in case of a non-functioning product (for products that are machines and equipment).
Product can be only returned without shipping fees and restocking fees if this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
 
We do not accept any returns after 14 days after delivery date.
 
We will process and respond as soon as possible, with a maximum turnaround time of 2 business days from receiving your email.
 
2. Refund Policy
The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once your order cancel request is accepted or we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account.
  • Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Please allow 5-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.
Please keep in mind:
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $90, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed.
 
The refund process typically takes 2-3 business days. However, it’s important to note that some banks may take longer, ranging from 3-5 business days, to process the refund.
