Reinvented i-Pilot Link connects to your Humminbird® so you can control Ultrex from the Link remote or your Humminbird sonar unit. Plus, it uses GPS to remember fishing spots and control speed, steering, cruise control and Advanced AutoPilot. Link can also follow depth contours, return to productive waypoints and more with simple controls. Customizable touchscreen menu fits your personal fishing style. iTrack Record, Playback and Backtrack allows you to create, store and retrace productive paths along contour lines. Go-To takes you to saved waypoints of your choosing. Co-Pilot allows wireless control of speed and steering. Cruise control locks in your speed down to 0.1 mph incriments. Remote and smartphone apps work via Bluetooth® technology. Using the instant-response cable driven system you’re used to on the Fortrex®, the Ultrex boasts power-assisted steering, cutting down on fatigue and saving your energy. Minn Kota refined their Spot Lock technology for tighter tolerance, keeping you on top of the fish. The Ultrex’s foot pedal boasts controls for Auto Pilot and Spot Lock. Its single-hinge mono-arm has fewer moving parts than traditional mounts for peerless reliability that meets the demands of tournament anglers. Its marine-grade anodized-aluminum arm is engineered to tighter tolerances for professional-grade strength, resulting in 75% less torsion deflection and less overall weight. The counter-tension stability system eliminates motor play, reducing steering torque at high speeds in rough water, and provides rock-solid, vibration-free stowing. A nitrogen gas-charged spring halves the strength needed to stow or deploy the arm. 1. Return Policy
If an item you received from Sesmidiawati.com is damaged, defective or it is the wrong item, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement, please follow this procedure:
 
Step 1:
Contact customer service via email at sales@sesmidiawati.com or leave a voice message through the phone number: +62(822) 1886-9318 to provide information that consists of (1) reason for returning and (2) your order number.
 
Step 2:
You will receiving a returns form (inc. a returns code) via your email to complete, then print your return label and package the item(s) along with all original packaging & accessories and deliver to this location: Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai No.664, Pedungan, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80222, Indonesia
 
Product can only be returned/ replaced if meet these criteria:
  • The product is new, original, with attached price tag, product label and sticker (if any).
  • It is not the special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
  • It is not the grocery items (Canned Food, Condiments, Drinks, Fruits, Health Supplements, Meat, Seafood, Syrups, Vegetables, artificial Sweetener, Milk and other Edible Products).
  • Product can be only returned if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. We don’t accept returns in case the buyer changed their mind about a purchase.
  • If you receive a defective product or wrong item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
  • The buyer needs to provide pictures (of the product, not the packaging) in case of a damaged product and videos in case of a non-functioning product (for products that are machines and equipment).
Product can be only returned without shipping fees and restocking fees if this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
 
We do not accept any returns after 14 days after delivery date.
 
We will process and respond as soon as possible, with a maximum turnaround time of 2 business days from receiving your email.
 
2. Refund Policy
The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once your order cancel request is accepted or we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account.
  • Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Please allow 5-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $90, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
